mold on wood (Read 1083 times)

fella Newbie Offline I Love PT! Posts: 1	mold on wood Sep 1^st, 2009 at 11:19am I have an antique table that I had in a storage area. I recently pull the table out and discovered slight mold around the edge of the table. Can I use the common bleach/water (slightly damp rag) to wash the mold off and kill the germ? Help!!

You might need to re-polish the table afterwards though. A good idea to put it out into the sun to dry it thoroughly as mould loves dark and damp conditions.

the mold not only is hazardous to health especially when you have the kids and elderly who are vulnerable to diseases, it also slowly eats away the expensive assets of your home.
