contact Crystal Mountain aromatics for blends. they have an awesome line and I can vouch for the products. I have aroma necklaces that are several years old.
I used the powder incense for a while.
The oils last about 2 years kept in a sunny, steamy bathroom.
Do watch for cinnamon oils in direct application products.

There are a ton of candle maker's that would be more then happy to help you out.  You can find them on a number of candle making message boards.  Not sure if I am allowed to post any of them here.

A few things that you should ask are;

How long have you been making candles?
How do you ship your candles?  (Newer candle maker's don't know how to ship and will cause a lot of breakage)
Will you send a sample.
What are your prices
What kind of labeling will you do.  Can they do private labels.
Do you have references?
