May 13^th, 2007 at 8:18pm Do you live like there is no tomorrow because you only have one life to live and you never know when its going to end? or do you live your life with caution because you want it to be as long as possible? or is it somewhere in the middle? Why?

For me, it's somewhere in the middle.

I don't believe we get much in the way of second chances. I believe this is our only chance to live and exist, in part because I don't believe in any form of an afterlife. So I try to take chances and go after the things I want. If I don't get them, then at least I tried my best.

But in the same way, I also try to be a little cautious. This is my only life and I don't want to screw up too badly. I want to make sure I have other options just in case something goes wrong. I'm going into a health science field, so I've seen people who've used absolutely no discretion and gotten themselves into really awful situations. I don't want that to happen to me, so I try to exercise some caution.

I try to live for each moment but also take care of my health as much as possible so if I live long, I can live without being a burden on anyone and still do things. Every night I thank God (in prayer) for my life, especially since I came close to death many times and escaped only by the grace of God.

I am a pretty cautious person. I dont like doing dare devil type stuff cause I am scared out of my mind and just the extreme caution thing. The thing I am most scared of is dying young. I am really into taking care of my body now. I am into holistic medicine, eating organic foods, exercising, taking care of my skin, etc. Because like Melik said I want to live as long as possible and when I am old, I want to be able to still be active and independent and not a burden on anyone or not be able to do anything.

Right now I live pretty cautiously but I also have fun. Its working fine for me so far.
I have few regrets in my life. Anything that I did that I regret now...it was something that I wanted at the time. So right now, I want to live this way. If I rergret it later- too bad, because its what I want now. And isn't that what the whole "live everyday like its your last" thing is all about?

this is a hard question to answer...i have never really thought about that til just now while reading this bullentin. im not too sure in how i actually do live my life. i know my life isnt meaningless, but im not to sure how i live it. i know i dont care what ppl think of me when ppl do have something to say about how i am. i dont let one live my life, i live my own, i make sure everything important i need to take care of is took care, and i make sure im happy with just being who i am.

I take care of my health sure! but what happens after a car crash or spontaneous illness? anything could happen.
