I don't really care about my weight. As long as I look healthy, toned and fit- I am content with my body. Currently, I gained some weight so I weigh 127 lbs at 5' 7'' or 8''. I don't like it when people who have perfectly fine bodies and freak out when they gain a pound or two.

I'm 5'5" (nearly 5'6") and weigh 124lbs.
I would like to weigh 110lbs.
But I don't know how to make it happen!! Everytime I try to go on a diet it just turns into a vicious circle where I only think about food 24/7 and get obsessed and bug everyone in my surroundings about it. And then when I stop dieting my weight goes all yo-yo and I put on more weight than I was to start with!! It drives me absolutley mad and I don't know how to lose weight and keep it off without it turning into an obsession!! Anyone feel the same way? Embarrassed

I don't want/need to lose any weight, my weight is fine. HOWEVER, despite being thin and toned I still have a tummy, not huge, but bigger than you would expect for someone of my petite size.

UGHH, my stomach pouch drives me crazy, I've been exercising and eating healthy for the past month. I'm hoping my stomach fat will markedly reduce in size or become flat in a month or two.

Look, to the person who said that she felt fat when she looked in the mirror; take it from me hun u don't okay? (Form experience, most of the people who say they look fat have an eating disorder. Now, I'm not saying you do, but don't get into that rut of thinking you're too fat. IT'S DANGEROUS) And to the person who said she's always wanted to be fat-????? That's really unhealthy- 300? For goodness sake.
I know I can be pretty outspoken sometimes, and I'm sorry if I was too rude there, but it had to be said. Some people just don't know how to look after themselves.
